Your Drip Coffee Questions, Answered
We use nitrogen-flushed, foil-laminated bags to lock in the freshness of the coffee. For signature packs, please make sure the package is fully sealed between uses to keep the freshness of the drip coffee bags. Once the bag is open, we recommend brewing all the drip coffee bags within two weeks. For unopened signature packs and individual drip coffee bags, please store them in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness and brew within six months of purchase.
Each bag is designed for a single serving to give you the fullest and most balanced flavour. Reusing a bag for a second cup will result in a much weaker brew.
We recommend water around 200°F, just off a rolling boil. This temperature extracts the coffee's natural sweetness without pulling out unwanted bitterness. If your kettle does not display the temperature, simply let the kettle reach boil and let it sit for 1-minute before pouring.
No equipment needed. Just hot water and a mug. Simply hang the bag over your cup, pour, and brew.
Instant coffee is pre-dissolved and often loses much of its natural flavour in processing. Our drip coffee bags contain real, freshly roasted and ground coffee, giving you a full-bodied cup without the equipment needed for a pour over.
